Requesting your exchange or return at Bless My Baby is very simple, pay attention to the rules:

 

The deadline for requesting an exchange or return is up to 7 days after receipt of the product.

 

The request must be made through our customer service by whatsapp: 11 966553322 or e-mail: vendas@blessmybaby.com.br

 

The product must be sent to our address----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 

Products must be in the original packaging, intact and must contain labels and tags.

 

Send the invoice together with the product.

 

Important:

 

In case of exchange: The shipment of the product to be exchanged is at the customer's expense and must be made by mail or carrier of choice.

 

In case of defect: The request period is up to 90 calendar days and it will be necessary to send photos of the product for proof, after analyzing our quality sector, we will issue a collection request at your residence.

 

Once the product is received at our Distribution Center, a quality analysis will be carried out which can take up to 3 working days.

 

The exchange will only be made if all the rules are met.

 

After approval of the quality analysis, the item (s) will be sent to the same delivery address as the original order with the delivery time for your zip code.

 

When requesting an exchange or return, you can choose to receive the amount paid back, according to the order payment method, or a new product. In case of purchase via bank slip, the amount paid for the product will be deposited in an account within 7 working days.

 

Important! In order for us to make the deposit, bank details must be that of the owner of the registration on our website.

 

The request for exchange or return of products will only be made if the payment has not been disputed with the credit card company.
